PM congratulates Rakshitha Raju for clinching gold in women’s 1500m-T11 at Asian Para Games

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today congratulated Rakshitha Raju for clinching a gold medal in the women’s 1500m-T11 at the Hangzhou Asian Para Games.

He said Raju's exceptional performance has filled the hearts of Indians with joy and admiration.

The Prime Minister posted on X:

"Kudos to Kudos to Rakshitha Raju for clinching the Gold in Women's 1500m-T11 at the Asian Para Games.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi paid homage to Parbati Giri Ji on her birth centenary today. Shri Modi commended her role in the movement to end colonial rule, her passion for community service and work in sectors like healthcare, women empowerment and culture.
