PM bows to Maa Katyayani

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has sought blessings of Maa Katyayani for the devotees to further the spirit of brotherhood and compassion in our society during Navratri.

In a tweet, the Prime Minister said;

"I bow to Maa Katyayani. May her blessings remain upon us and may they further the spirit of brotherhood and compassion in our society."

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam highlighting the virtue of selfless service and the noble ideal of working for the welfare of others without expecting anything in return:

"किं चन्द्रमाः प्रत्युपकारलिप्सया करोति गोभिः कुमुदावबोधनम्।

स्वभाव एवोन्नतचेतसां सतां परोपकारव्यसनं हि जीवितम्॥"

The Prime Minister posted on X:
