Ahead of the Assembly Election in Rajasthan, PM Modi addressed a rally in Udaipur, Rajasthan. He said, “Rajasthan is a land of rousing patriotism and sacrifice while also encompassing the knowledge and spirituality of great saints of India.” “Mewar region is the Tilak of Rajasthan, but Congress-led misrule, has stifled its integrity,” PM Modi added.

Highlighting the Congress-led misrule, PM Modi said, “The incident on Kanhaiyalal Ji has put the state of Rajasthan to shame and is a disgrace on humanity.” He added, “The Congress-led politics of appeasement has endangered the state’s cultural heritage and pride.” He said that it is these Congress-led tendencies that there is a ‘state of terror’ in Rajasthan where terror groups like ‘PFI’ have been granted complete freedom.

Lamenting the regressive mindset of the Congress leaders, PM Modi remarked, “Congress leaders have called the state of Rajasthan as the land of men, showcasing their regressive mindset, threatening the lives of women and girls.” He added that it is this mindset that has led to a rise in crime rates against women, Dalits, the poor, and the downtrodden. He added, “Only BJP can ensure a complete end to the Rajasthan’s Mafia rule and Crimes enabling security and safety of life to all.”

On the Congress-led hunger for power, PM Modi reiterated, “Congress for 5 years has only indulged in baseless power politics and infighting depriving all the sections of their rightful development”. He added that all the promises made to people in each state are false and without any substance. “The only agenda of Congress is to loot the people of Rajasthan and fill their coffers,” said PM Modi.

On the issue of corruption in the state, PM Modi stated, “BJP Government in Rajasthan will put to an end to corruption and will also unearth the ‘Lal Diary’ which is a repository of Congress-led scams in the state.” PM Modi also criticized the Congress for the corruption associated with the paper leaks which are run by mafias, destabilizing the lives of youth in the state, and promised strict action against them.

Commenting on the lives of the tribal people, PM Modi said “BJP has always prioritized the Janjatiyas and has ensured that they benefit through them and become a part of the development process.” He also added that the Congress has just ruined all prospects for their development and only the BJP has fostered their empowerment over the years.

Speaking on women-led development and empowerment in India, PM Modi said, “Many of the schemes of our Government have been oriented towards women empowerment”. He added that for various schemes ‘women’ are the targeted beneficiaries enabling their holistic development.

PM Modi added that it is only the BJP government that has fostered the robust development of India enabling its economic, social, and infrastructural progress. In the end, PM Modi appealed to all the voters of Rajasthan to vote for the BJP in the upcoming assembly elections, to facilitate a ‘Double-engine Sarkar’ enabling the growth, development, and empowerment of all in a true sense.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi chaired the 52nd meeting of PRAGATI, the ICT-enabled, multi-modal platform aimed at fostering Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation, by seamlessly integrating efforts of the Central and State Governments, earlier today at Seva Teerth.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister reviewed four critical infrastructure projects across the Road, Power, Industrial Corridor and Metro Rail sectors, covering four States and costing around ₹30,000 crore. These projects, important for economic growth, regional connectivity, industrial development and public welfare, were reviewed with focus on timelines, inter-agency coordination, issue resolution and timely completion.

Prime Minister underlined that delays in infrastructure projects not only lead to cost escalation, but also deprive people and industries of timely benefits. He asked the concerned Ministries and State Governments to resolve pending issues in a mission-mode manner and ensure close monitoring at the highest level.

Prime Minister emphasised the use of PM GatiShakti National Master Plan for efficient planning and timely implementation of infrastructure projects. He also underlined the need for regular and timely updation of project details, utilities, infrastructure layers, clearances and other field-level information on the portal. He further emphasised that the platform must reflect the latest ground situation so that bottlenecks can be identified in advance, inter-agency coordination can be improved and decisions can be taken on the basis of reliable, real-time data.

Prime Minister reviewed TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan and emphasised the need to leverage latest digital technologies including Artificial Intelligence. He suggested a team of NCC cadets and MY Bharat volunteers, for awareness, patient follow-up and community mobilisation.

Prime Minister also reviewed grievances related to Cyber Crime and Digital Arrest. He expressed concern over the rising misuse of digital platforms to defraud citizens and stressed that such matters require coordinated, sensitive and time-bound handling by all concerned agencies. He noted that citizens should not be made to run from one department or agency to another. He also emphasized the need for clear ownership, faster response, better coordination among law enforcement agencies, banks and digital platforms, and stronger public awareness campaigns.

Prime Minister observed that in cases involving cyber fraud, timely action is crucial to prevent financial loss and restore public confidence. He asked all stakeholders to work in close coordination to strengthen prevention, reporting, investigation and grievance redressal mechanisms. He also emphasised that States should work towards enabling e-Zero FIR mechanisms for faster registration and response in cyber fraud cases.
