Dr. Randeep Guleria, Director, AIIMS, New Delhi, revealed PM Modi’s secret to stay fit and sprightly even while working for long hours. Dr. Guleria said that PM Narendra Modi practices preventive healthcare, focuses on his diet, yoga and exercise.
In a short video, Dr. Guleria described how much importance PM Modi gives to his health. He said, “PM Modi is very particular about his health whether he is in Delhi or travelling.”
Dr. Guleria mentioned how PM Modi emphasises use of traditional medicines because of which he remains very healthy. “Considering that PM Modi works for so long and he has so much on his shoulders, he is so healthy that it is an example for all of us,” he added.
