I am delighted to be part of the celebrations of the “Make in India Week”: PMMake in India week is an opportunity to take stock of how we have performed and what could be the road ahead: PMYouthful energy is our greatest strength: PMThere is an all round emphasis on Ease of doing business: PMI Want to make India a global manufacturing hub: PM Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed the ‘Make in India Week’ in Mumbai. Speaking at the occasion, Shri Narendra Modi said that it was the best time ever to be in India and even better to Make in India. The Prime Minister highlighted the enormous opportunities that India offered as a base for manufacturing, design, research and development.
The Prime Minister also spoke about Government’s all-round focus on ease of doing business. Shri Modi said, “India is perhaps the most open country for FDI” and noted the fact that the country has consistently been ranked as the most attractive investment destination by several global agencies and institutions. Adding further, he stated," I would like to give our industry some friendly advice. Don’t wait. Don’t Relax. There are immense opportunities in India."
