New India demands a strong, positive and democratic government led by the BJP: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a huge public meeting at Hubballi in Karnataka. PM Modi also laid the foundation stone for several key projects for the region at this event.

Speaking on this occassion, PM Modi remembered the legendary BJP veterans Jagannath Rao Joshi, Bhavurao Deshpande and others, who were born in this region of Karnataka and played a crucial role in strengthening the BJP in different ways.

Highlighting the long-term vision of his government, PM Modi said, “We are creating next-gen infrastructure keeping in mind the future needs of our people. The last four and half years have seen the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ being truly implemented in the country. This NDA government has not only accelerated the completion of long-pending projects, we are also moving fast in completing new projects as well.”

Describing the transforming decisions and initiatives taken by his government for the middle class, Prime Minister Modi said, “This government has taken historic decisions for the welfare of the middle class of our society ranging from income tax rebates to concessions in home loans as well as through social security schemes for the elderly and workers in the unorganised sector.” He further listed out recent decisions for the empowerment and welfare of the agriculture and farm welfare sector which he said will have a major impact on strengthening the farmers of the country, economically and socially.

Concluding his address, PM Modi reminded his supporters about the chaotic situation of the state’s Chief Minister and his government and said that the people of the country do not prefer the negative politics of dynasts running weak governments; instead, the New India demands a strong, positive and democratic government that remains sensitive to the needs of the people.
