People of Chhattisgarh have decided to not tolerate Congress' atrocities anymore: PM Modi in Bilaspur
It is my guarantee that your dreams are my resolution... Your dreams will be fulfilled only when there is a BJP government here: PM Modi in Chhattisgarh
If the Deputy CM of Chhattisgarh says that Delhi does no injustice, this should have been a matter of happiness for all, but Congress had a hurricane: PM Modi in Bilaspur
Chhattisgarh steeped in corruption, misrule, scam, says PM Modi

Speaking at a massive ‘Parivartan Maha Sankalp Rally’ in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, PM Modi stated, "The visible enthusiasm here is a declaration of a desire for change. The people of Chhattisgarh, troubled by the atrocities of the Congress government, are ready for a transformation. Presently, Chhattisgarh grapples with widespread corruption and ineffective governance. Employment opportunities have been marred by scams, and corruption is prevalent in every government initiative. Therefore, Chhattisgarh is ready to remove the Congress government and bring in the BJP.”

PM Modi emphasized that the BJP has a history of understanding Chhattisgarh's potential and aspirations, with Atal Bihari Vajpayee creating the state. He highlighted the establishment of the High Court in Bilaspur and the South East Central Railway headquarters, both significant developments during BJP's governance. He pledged to spare no effort in fulfilling the dreams of the people of Chhattisgarh.

Hitting out at the ruling party of the state, PM Modi highlighted that numerous infrastructure projects in Chhattisgarh, valued at thousands of crores of rupees, are either delayed or stalled due to the Congress government's actions. He questioned how progress could be achieved when the Congress government obstructs these projects.

PM Modi also emphasized how the Deputy CM of Chhattisgarh commended the central government for its support in various areas, a sentiment that didn't sit well with the Congress party. “If the Deputy CM says that Delhi does no injustice, this should have been a matter of happiness for all, but Congress had a hurricane,” he said.

Further, he noted, "During the tenure of the Congress government in Delhi, Chhattisgarh used to receive an average of Rs 300 crore annually for railway development. However, this year, the BJP government has allocated Rs 6,000 crores for railway expansion in Chhattisgarh. It is the BJP government that has also provided Chhattisgarh with the modern Vande Bharat train."

PM Modi accused the Congress of deceiving Chhattisgarh's paddy farmers and asserted that the BJP government at the center consistently purchases their produce, providing over Rs 1 lakh crore in support. He emphasized the BJP's commitment to the well-being of paddy farmers.

Additionally, he highlighted the BJP government's efforts in ensuring a steady supply of affordable fertilizers in the country, despite global price increases. “A bag of urea is being sold for up to Rs 3,000 in the world. But the same bag of urea is available to Indian farmers for less than Rs 300. The central government is spending thousands of crores of rupees for this,” the PM said.

The PM asserted that “Modi” means guarantee of the fulfillment of every guarantee he has undertaken in the last nine years. He announced the fulfillment of one more guarantee to reserve 33 percent of seats for women in the Lok Sabha and Assemblies through the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam. However, he cautioned that the Congress and its allies, despite being pressured by public support, are not pleased with this development and are attempting to sow division among women. He urged people to remain vigilant against such attempts.

Highlighting the Congress’s hatred towards him, PM Modi remarked, “This hatred of Congress towards Modi is because Modi himself comes from a backward society. Therefore, in the name of Modi, they do not hesitate to abuse the entire society. Congress hates all the poor, Dalits, tribals, OBCs. Despite BJP's efforts, such as nominating a Dalit presidential candidate like Ramnath Kovind and a tribal woman President, Congress vehemently opposed these choices.”

PM Modi mentioned Guru Baldas's efforts to highlight how Congress disrespects the SC community. He pointed to the mistreatment of the Satnami community as evidence of Congress's outdated mindset. “They cannot see any Dalit, backward or tribal moving forward. Only the one who attends the court of a particular family is able to progress in their place,” the PM said.

In the end, PM Modi also talked about the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana, a Rs 13,000 crore scheme aimed at benefiting Vishwakarma families. Thousands of individuals from Chhattisgarh are expected to benefit from the scheme, which includes training opportunities, a Rs 15,000 grant for modern equipment purchase, and access to affordable loans in the lakhs to support their work and businesses.
