The Labour relations in Gujarat seem to be extremely peaceful in the last decade. How can you convince future investors that there will not be a repeat of Manesar in Gujarat?

- Manesar an exception, we should not take it in a general tone. We should not do injustice to Haryana Government by making sweeping observations.
- Only one picture of India must go. We are peace loving. Gujarat has created a family like environment for development. There should not be exploitation of the poor. We must give respect to labour that is also an investment.
- Investors come for skilled man power. Value addition is essential. We need both competent infrastructure and skills.
