ଏକ ଐତିହାସିକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ଭାରତ ସରକାର ଦୁର୍ନୀତି, କଳାଟଙ୍କା, ଅର୍ଥ ଠକେଇ (Money Laundering), ଆତଙ୍କବାଦ, ଆର୍ଥିକ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦ ଓ ଜାଲ୍ ନୋଟ ପ୍ରଚଳନ ବିରୋଧରେ କଠୋର ଲଢ଼େଇ ପାଇଁ ୨୦୧୬ ନଭେମ୍ବର ୮ ମଧ୍ୟରାତ୍ରିରୁ ସମସ୍ତ ୫୦୦ ଓ ୧୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କିଆ ନୋଟକୁ ଅସିଦ୍ଧ ଘୋଷଣା ପାଇଁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ଏହା ବଦଳରେ ପ୍ରଥମ କରି ଦୁଇ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କିଆ ନୋଟ ଓ ନୂଆ ୫୦୦ଟଙ୍କିଆ ନୋଟ ପ୍ରଚଳନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କର ସୁପାରିସକୁ ସରକାର ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।

୧୦୦, ୫୦,୨୦,୧୦, ୫, ୨ ଓ ୧ଟଙ୍କିଆ ନୋଟ୍ ପୂର୍ବ ଭଳି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବ ଓ ଆଜିର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତିରେ ଏହା ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହେବ ନାହିଁ ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ୮ତାରିଖ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାରେ ଦେଶକୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କରି ଏହି ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଭାରତର ସଚ୍ଚୋଟ ଓ ପରିଶ୍ରମୀ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସ୍ୱାର୍ଥ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବ ଏବଂ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ବିରୋଧୀ ଏବଂ ଅସାମାଜିକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଦ୍ୱାରା ୫୦୦ ଓ ୧୦୦୦ଟଙ୍କିଆ ନୋଟ ଠୁଳ କରାଯାଇଛି ତାହା କେବଳ କାଗଜ ଖଣ୍ଡ ପାଲଟିଯିବ ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିଆଯାଇଥିବା ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଦୁର୍ନୀତି, କଳାଟଙ୍କା ଓ ଜାଲ ନୋଟ ବିରୋଧରେ ସାଧାରଣ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଲଢ଼େଇକୁ ଅଧିକ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରାଇବ ।

ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ସାଧାରଣ ନାଗରିକମାନଙ୍କୁ କିଛି ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିପାରେ ବୋଲି ଅବଗତ ଥାଇ ସରକାର କେତେକ ଧାରାବାହିକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ଯାହା ଏସବୁ ସମସ୍ୟାରୁ ମୁକୁଳିବାରେ ସହାୟକ ହେବ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ।

ପୁରୁଣା ୫୦୦ ଓ ୧୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କିଆ ନୋଟ ରଖିଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନେ ଏହାକୁ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ କିମ୍ବା ଡାକଘରେ ନଭେମ୍ବର ୧୦ପରଠାରୁ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୩୦ତାରିଖ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଜମା କରିପାରିବେ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ତେବେ ଏଟିଏମ୍ ଓ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କରୁ ଟଙ୍କା ଉଠାଣର ପରିମାଣ ଉପରେ କିଛି ସମୟ ପାଇଁ ସୀମା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ କରାଯାଇଛି ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ମାନବିକତା ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରୁ ୫୦୦ ଓ ୧୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କିଆ ନୋଟ ସମସ୍ତ ସରକାରୀ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ, ସରକାରୀ ଔଷଧ ଦୋକାନୀ (ଡାକ୍ତରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରେସ୍କ୍ରିପସନ୍ ସହ), ରେଳବାଇ ଟିକେଟ୍ କାଉଂଟର, ସରକାରୀ ବସ୍, ବିମାନ ଟିକେଟ୍ କାଉଂଟର, ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ଓ ଡିଜେଲ ପମ୍ପ ତଥା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରାୟତ୍ତ ତୈଳ କମ୍ପାନୀର ଗ୍ୟାସ ଷ୍ଟେସନ୍, ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱୀକୃତିପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଖାଉଟି ସମବାୟ ଷ୍ଟୋର ଓ ଶବସଂସ୍କାର ସ୍ଥଳୀରେ ଗ୍ରହଣୀୟ ହେବ ।

ତେବେ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାରର ଚେକ୍, ଡିମାଣ୍ଡ ଡ୍ରାଫ୍ଟ, ଡେବିଟ୍ ଓ କ୍ରେଡିଟ୍ କାର୍ଡ ଏବଂ ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରୋନିକ ଫଣ୍ଡ ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସଫର୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଅଣନଗଦ ପୈଠ ଉପରେ କୌଣସି କଟକଣା ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ନିଜର ସମ୍ବୋଧନରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୁଦ୍ରାସ୍ପୀତି ସହ ନଗଦ ପ୍ରଚଳନ କିଭଳି ଜଡ଼ିତ ରହିଛି ତାହାର ଭିତରି କଥା ତଥା ଅସାଧୁ ଉପାୟରେ ନଗଦ କାରବାର ଯୋଗୁ ମୁଦ୍ରାସ୍ପୀତିର ସ୍ଥିତି କେତେ ଖରାପ ହୋଇଛି ସେ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଅବଗତ କରାଇଛନ୍ତି । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆହୁରି ମଧ୍ୟ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଏହା ଗରିବ ଓ ନବ-ମଧ୍ୟବର୍ଗୀୟ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ପ୍ରଭାବ ପକାଉଛି । ଘର କିଣିବା ସମୟରେ ଦେଶର ସଚ୍ଚୋଟ ନାଗରିକ କେତେ ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେଉଛି ତାହା ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ।

କଳା ଧନକୁ ମୂଳପୋଛ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏହା ସମୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରିକ୍ଷିତ ପ୍ରତିବଦ୍ଧତା ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବାରମ୍ବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ସରକାର କଳାଟଙ୍କାର ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣକୁ ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବାକୁ ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତିବଦ୍ଧ । ଏନଡିଏ ସରକାର ବିଗତ ଅଢ଼େଇ ବର୍ଷର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାଳରେ ଏହା କରୁଛି ଓ ସେ ଉଦାହରଣ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛନ୍ତି ।

ଏନଡିଏ ସରକାରର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ ସର୍ବପ୍ରଥମେ କଳାଟଙ୍କା ପାଇଁ ଏସ୍ଆଇଟି ଗଠନ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଥିଲେ ।

ବିଦେଶୀ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଏକାଉଂଟ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ସୂଚନା ନିମନ୍ତେ ୨୦୧୫ ମସିହାରେ ଏକ ଆଇନ ପ୍ରଣୟନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ୨୦୧୬ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ମାସରେ ବେନାମି କାରବାର ଉପରେ କଟକଣା ପାଇଁ ଏକ କଠୋର ନିୟମ ପ୍ରଣୟନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ଏହି ସମୟରେ କଳାଟଙ୍କା ଘୋଷଣା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଯୋଜନା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।

ଗତ ଅଢ଼େଇ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଫଳପ୍ରଦ ପ୍ରୟାସ ଯୋଗୁ ୧.୨୫ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ଵ କଳା ଧନ ପ୍ରଘଟ ହୋଇପାରିଛି ।

ବିଶ୍ୱ ଦରବାରରେ କଳାଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗ ଉତ୍ଥାପନ

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦି ବାରମ୍ବାର କଳାଧନ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗକୁ ବିଶ୍ୱ ଦରବାରରେ ଉଠାଇଛନ୍ତି । ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବହୁପାକ୍ଷିକ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ଓ ଦ୍ୱିପାକ୍ଷିକ ବୈଠକ ବେଳେ ନେତାମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ଏହି ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗ ଉଠାଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ଗତ ଅଢ଼େଇବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରେକର୍ଡ ବୃଦ୍ଧି

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରୟାସ ଯୋଗୁ ଭାରତ ଏବେ ବିଶ୍ୱ ଅର୍ଥବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାରେ ଏକ ଉଜ୍ୱଳ ସ୍ଥାନ ନେଇଛି । ଭାରତ ଏବେ ନିବେଶର ପସନ୍ଦ ସ୍ଥଳୀ ପାଲଟିଛି ଓ ବ୍ୟବସାୟ ପାଇଁ ସହଜ ସ୍ଥାନ ହୋଇଛି । ଅଗ୍ରଣୀ ଆର୍ଥିକ ଏଜେନ୍ସୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ଭାରତର ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧିକୁ ନେଇ ଆଶାବାଦୀ ରହିଛନ୍ତି । ଏସବୁ ସହ ‘ମେକ ଇନ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ’, ‘ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟ ଅପ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ’ ଓ ‘ଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଡ ଅପ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ’ ପ୍ରୟାସ ଯୋଗୁ ଭାରତୀୟ ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗ ଓ ନବସୃଜନକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ମିଳିଛି ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଏହି ଐତିହାସିକ ଘୋଷଣା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଜାରି ରହିଥିବା ବିକାଶ ଓ ସଂସ୍କାରମୂଳକ ପ୍ରୟାସକୁ ଅଧିକ ବଳ ଦେବା ସହିତ ମୂଲ୍ୟଯୁକ୍ତ କରାଇବ ।

Prime Minister extends greetings on Global Tiger Day, reaffirms commitment to tiger conservation

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has extended greetings to all wildlife enthusiasts on Global Tiger Day.

The Prime Minister said that the people of India are proud that the country is home to almost 70 per cent of the global tiger population.

He noted that India’s tiger conservation efforts are inspired by the country’s centuries-old culture of living in harmony with nature and powered by the collective will of its people.

Shri Modi reaffirmed the commitment to science-based conservation, community participation and sustainable development that strengthens tiger conservation.

Shri Modi also lauded the efforts and dedication of forest personnel, scientists and conservationists for their key role in tiger protection. The Prime Minister added that India remains committed to empowering local communities and reducing human-wildlife conflict.

In a thread posts on X, Shri Modi said;

“Greetings to all wildlife enthusiasts on Global Tiger Day. The people of India are proud of the fact that we are home to almost 70% of the global tiger population. India’s tiger conservation efforts are inspired by our centuries-old culture of living in harmony with nature and powered by the collective will of our people. We also reaffirm our commitment to science-based conservation, community participation and sustainable development that strengthens tiger conservation.”
