ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବ୍ୟାପାର ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ ସମିତି (ସିସିଇଏ) ବୈଠକରେ ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ ବିପଣନ ଋତୁ ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତ ଅଧିସୂଚିତ ଖରିଫ ଫସଲର ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ସହାୟକ ମୂଲ୍ୟ (ଏମଏସପି) ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ମିଳିଛି ।

ସରକାର ଫସଲ ବିବିଧକରଣକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିବା ଏବଂ ଚାଷୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଫସଲ ପାଇଁ ଲାଭକାରୀ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ ବିପଣନ ଋତୁ ପାଇଁ ଖରିଫ ଫସଲର ଏମଏସପି ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି, ଯାହାର ତାଲିକା ନିମ୍ନରେ ଦିଆଗଲା ।

ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚରେ ସବୁ ପ୍ରକାରର ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚକୁ ସାମିଲ କରାଯାଇଛି ଯଥା ଶ୍ରମିକଙ୍କ ମଜୁରିବଳଦ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ/ମେସିନ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚଭାଗ ଜମି ପାଇଁ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା ଭଡ଼ାବିହନସାରଖତଜଳସେଚନ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଭଳି ସବୁ ଭୌତିକ ଉପକରଣ ପାଇଁ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚଉପକରଣ ଏବଂ ଫାର୍ମ ଭବନ ବାବଦ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚଚଳନ୍ତି ପୁଞ୍ଜି ଉପରେ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚଡିଜେଲ/ବିଦ୍ୟୁତବିବିଧ ବ୍ୟୟ ଏବଂ ପାରିବାରିକ ଶ୍ରମର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଆଦି ।

ଧାନ (ଗ୍ରେଡ୍‌ ଏ), ଯଅ (ମାଲଦାଣ୍ଡିଏବଂ କପା (ଲମ୍ବା ରେଶାପାଇଁ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚର ତଥ୍ୟ ପୃଥକ ଭାବେ ସଂକଳିତ କରାଯାଏ ନାହିଁ ।

 

ସର୍ବଭାରତୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ଲାଗୁ ହାରାହାରୀ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ (ସିଓପିଠାରୁ ଅତିକମରେ ୫୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଲାଭ ହାରରେ ଏମଏସପି ଦର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ୨୦୧୮-୧୯ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବଜେଟରେ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା  ଏହି ଘୋଷଣା ଅନୁରୂପ ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ ବିପଣନ ଋତୁ ପାଇଁ ଖରିଫ ଫସଲର ଏମଏସପିରେ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି  ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଉପଯୋଗୀ ନିରପେକ୍ଷ ଦର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନେଇ ସରକାର ଏମଏସପି ବଢ଼ାଇଛନ୍ତି  ଉଲ୍ଲେଖଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଯେବାଜରାହରଡ଼ବିରିସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟମୁଖି ମଞ୍ଜିସୋୟାବିନ ଏବଂ ଚିନାବାଦାମର ଏମଏସପି ଉପରେ ଲାଭ ସର୍ବଭାରତୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ଲାଗୁ ହାରାହାରୀ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଠାରୁ ୫୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଅଧିକ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ କରାଯାଇଛି ଯାହାକି ଯଥାକ୍ରମେ : ୮୫%, ୬୦%, ୫୯%, ୫୬%, ୫୩ଏବଂ ୫୧ରଖାଯାଇଛି 

ବିଗତ କିଛି ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏମଏସପିକୁ ତୈଳବୀଜଡାଲି ଏବଂ ମୋଟା ଶସ୍ୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ପୁନଃସଂଗଠିତ କରିବା ଲାଗି ଦୃଢ଼ ପ୍ରୟାସ କରାଯାଇଛି  ଏହି ଫସଲ ଅମଳ ପାଇଁ ଚାଷୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିସ୍ତୃତ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ନେଇଯିବା ଏବଂ ଉତ୍କୃଷ୍ଟ ଜ୍ଞାନକୌଶଳ  କୃଷି ପଦ୍ଧତି ଆପଣାଇବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରାଯାଇଛି  ଚାହିଦା-ଯୋଗାଣ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରହିଥିବା ଅସନ୍ତୁଳନକୁ ଦୂର କରିବା ଲାଗି ଉଦ୍ୟମ କରାଯାଇଛି 

୨୦୨୧-୨୨ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷର ଅଗ୍ରୀମ ଆକଳନ ଅନୁସାରେଦେଶରେ ଖାଦ୍ୟଶସ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ରେକର୍ଡ ୩୧୪.୫୧ ନିୟୁତ ଟନ୍‌ ହେବା ନେଇ ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ କରାଯାଇଛି ଯାହାକି ୨୦୨୦-୨୧ ଖାଦ୍ୟଶସ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ତୁଳନାରେ .୭୭ ନିୟୁତ ଟନ୍‌ ଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ  ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ଉତ୍ପାଦନବିଗତ  ବର୍ଷ (୨୦୧୬-୧୭ ଠାରୁ ୨୦୨୦-୨୧) ହାରାହାରୀ ଖାଦ୍ୟଶସ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ତୁଳନାରେ ୨୩.୮୦ ନିୟୁତ ଟନ୍‌ ଅଧିକ

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi a special of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) to review measures taken by various Ministries/Departments and also discussed further initiatives to be taken in the context of the ongoing West Asia conflict, at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg today. This was the second special CCS meeting on this issue.

Cabinet Secretary briefed about the action taken to ensure supply of petroleum products, particularly LNG/LPG, and sufficient power availability. Sources are being diversified for procurement of LPG with new inflows from different countries. Similarly, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is being sourced from different countries. He further briefed that LPG prices for domestic consumers have remained the same and Anti-diversion enforcement to curb hoarding and black marketing of LPG is being conducted regularly.

Initiatives have also been taken to expand Piped Natural Gas connections. Measures like exempting the gas-based power plants with a capacity of 7-8 GW from gas pooling mechanism and increasing of rake for positioning more coal at thermal power stations etc. have also been taken to ensure availability of power during the peak summer months.

Further, interventions proposed to be taken for emerging challenges in various other sectors such as agriculture, civil aviation, shipping and logistics were also discussed.

Various efforts like maintaining urea production to meet requirements, coordinating with overseas supplies for DAP/NPKS suppliers are being taken to ensure fertilizer supply. State governments are being requested to curb black marketing, hoarding, and diversion of fertilizers through daily monitoring, raids, and strict action.

The retail prices of food commodities have been stable over the past one month. Control Rooms have been set up for constant monitoring and interaction with States/UTs on prices and enforcement of Essential Commodities Act. The prices of agricultural products , vegetables and fruits are also being monitored.

Efforts to globally diversify our sources for energy, fertilizers and other supply chains, and international initiatives for securing safe passage of vessels through the strait of Hormuz and ongoing diplomatic efforts are being taken.

Enhanced coordination, real-time communication, and proactive measures across central, state, and district levels to drive effective information dissemination and public awareness amid the evolving crisis is being undertaken.

He discussed availability of fertilisers in the country and steps being taken to ensure its availability in the Kharif and Rabi seasons. He said that all efforts must be made to safeguard the citizens from the impact of this conflict. Prime Minister also emphasised smooth flow of authentic information to the public to prevent misinformation and rumour mongering.

Prime Minister directed all concerned departments to take all possible measures to ameliorate the problems of citizens and sectors affected by the ongoing global situation.
