Gandhinagar, Tuesday: Indian Navy Vice Chief Vice Admiral R.K. Dhowan paid a courtesy call on Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi at the State Assembly Secretariat premises here today. They discussed security of the state’s 1,600-km long coastline and other strategic issues.
