On 8th March 2024, Bengaluru, India's IT capital, witnessed back-to-back Viksit Bharat Ambassador meet-ups that brought together visionaries, leaders, and startup founders committed to driving India towards Viksit Bharat by 2047.
Shri Anurag Singh Thakur, Union Minister of Information, Broadcasting, Youth Affairs, and Sports, graced both gatherings. In his address, the Minister articulated a compelling narrative of India's transformative journey over the past decade and outlined a roadmap for the nation's continued progress towards Viksit Bharat.

The first event held at ITC Gardenia was attended by over 50 luminaries from various spheres, including unicorn founders, institution builders, developers, sports personalities, and celebrities. Prominent individuals from Bengaluru like Geetanjali Kirloskar, Cricketer Brijesh Patel, Grammy award winner Ricky Kej, and founders of leading tech companies such as Unacademy and Udaan were present.
The second event was held at BHive Co-working Space, where a larger crowd of more than 400 people, comprising the city's top businesspeople, professionals, and entrepreneurs, discussed ways to collaborate and achieve Viksit Bharat's goal meaningfully. Entrepreneurs, leading professionals, Presidents of prominent associations, differently-abled sports persons, and many others attended the event. Prominent individuals such as Mr Mohandas Pai, Dr Nupur Handa- FLO President, and Mr Achyut Gowda graced the event.
Minister Anurag Thakur highlighted how India's achievements span various fields today, from sports to space exploration, from scientific advancements to thriving startups—making it truly India's decade.

At the Viksit Bharat Ambassadors' program, actress Pranita Subhash expressed her hope for India's continued growth, mirroring the past decade's advancements.
