6,642 people, including 150 Muslim youths, join Narendra Modi’s daylong fast at Songadh

Gandhinagar, Tuesday: Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today reiterated his resolve that Gujarat’s ‘ developmentmantra’ would serve as the strength for the country’s development through Sadbhavna Mission.

These fissiparous elements continued to get the support of previous and present Congress-led government at the Centre, The poison is administered to tribal people, too.

Mr. Modi exuded confidence that Gujarat’s mantra for development, being vigorously pursued for the last ten years, would pervade all other vested interests and set its own benchmark. The force working behind this development is sadbhvana of six-crore Gujaratis, backed by peace, unity and harmony.

While the Centre could not solve just one problem of infation, he said, Gujarat has set up the rule of peace and harmony, opening medical and engineering colleges for future generation and providing them jobs, too.

He announced development works worth Rs.200-crore for Tapi district on the occasion, including irrigation canal from Ukai dam to Poorna River, 32 lift irrigation projects, roads through the forest areas, and converting Ukai reservoir into a tourist spot.
