The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has expressed happiness for Ms. Deepali Jhaveri, an Indian resident in Japan, and Mr. Ota on being awarded by Joto Fire Station for rescuing a man giving him CPR and AED at Dandiya Masti 2022, Tokyo, last October.

In response to a tweet by the Embassy of Japan in India, the Prime Minister said;

"This is gladdening to know, and it underscores the importance of giving timely assistance to any person affected."

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam applauding the courage and perseverance of India's Youth:

"प्राप्यापदं न व्यथते कदाचिदुद्योगमन्विच्छति चाप्रमत्तः।

दुःखं च काले सहते महात्मा धुरन्धरस्तस्य जिताः सपत्नाः॥"

Shri Modi said that our youth is achieving historic success through their courage, self-confidence, and relentless hard work, and this is the greatest strength of a rapidly developing India.

The Prime Minister posted on X:

आज हमारे युवा साथी धैर्य, आत्मविश्वास और अथक परिश्रम से ऐतिहासिक सफलता हासिल कर रहे हैं। यही विकसित हो रहे भारत की सबसे बड़ी ताकत है।
