Indian economy is breaking records – PM Modi shares stunning growth milestones

PM Modi said India's rapid economic progress is earning global recognition and reflects the collective strength of 140 crore Indians. He emphasised that the nation's growth journey is marked by confidence, resilience and new opportunities.

He highlighted that S&P's upgrade of India's rating is proof of this momentum. Retail inflation has touched an 8-year low, foreign exchange reserves are at an all-time high, India has achieved 100 GW in solar PV manufacturing and Delhi Airport has joined the global 100 million plus club, placing it among the world's top six airports in passenger handling.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has expressed deep grief over the loss of lives due to a mishap in Nashik, Maharashtra.

Shri Modi also prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured in the mishap.

The Prime Minister’s Office posted on X;

“Deeply saddened by the loss of lives due to a mishap in Nashik, Maharashtra. My thoughts are with those who have lost their loved ones. I pray that the injured recover soon: PM @narendramodi”
