Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam highlighting the transformative power of true knowledge
May 26, 2026

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, said that true knowledge paves the way for the welfare of the nation, society and the entire humanity. He noted that it is important that our knowledge and actions become a source of inspiration for all humankind.

The Prime Minister shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam-

The Subhashitam conveys that the the Ātman is by nature always pure, eternal, blissful, and self-luminous. However, because of ignorance, it appears impure; through true knowledge, it once again reveals its pure nature.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;
