Hon'ble CM dedicates 106 development works to people, announces 81 more

Chief Minister Narendra Modi today reached to the Garib Kalyan Mela at Godhara, organized for urban poor. He distributed aids as a token and dedicated to people about 106 development works, done under Swarnim Jyanti Urban Development Scheme. He also announced the beginning of 81 local development projects of Rs.7.34-crore.

Chief Minister appealed people to not to throw in themselves to the middle-men and money-lenders. He assured that the State Government is standing as a backup and what poor need is courage to bring out their family from the manacle of debt and poverty.

Shri Modi said that Gujarat Government has changed the pattern of working and is bringing the help directly at the doorsteps of poor, not leaving any chance for middle-men.

Minister of State for Tribal Welfare Jashwantsinh Bhabhor said that Gujarat Government has decided to organize 300 Garib Kalyan Melas, which is sure to take the State of the road of prosperity.

Parliamentary Secretary Sundarsinh Chauhan, MP Prabhatsinh Chauhan, District Panchayat President Rameshbhai Rathawa, MLAs Jethabhai Bharwad, Fetehsinhji Chauhan, Arvindsinh Rathod, District Collector Milind Toravane along with other dignitaries were present on the occasion. Chief Minister's unexpected visit colored the place with festive atmosphere.
