Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a public meeting in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Lambasting at the Congress party, the PM remarked, “People have no expectations from the Congress party.”
Shri Modi pointed out that Congress leaders were insulting the brave soldiers. He said, “Why are Congress leaders lending their voice to those who want Azadi in Kashmir? This is an insult to our brave soldiers. They will have to answer for the recent statement of their leaders on Kashmir. The statement was unacceptable.”

The Prime Minister further stated that Congress leader’s remarks on Kashmir clearly showed what the party felt on surgical strikes and the bravery of our arm. “Do you remember the lies Congress was spreading on Doklam? People of India trusted them so much but this is their conduct”, he added.
“Congress is disconnected with the aspirations of our country”, the Prime Minister said.
Happy to be here in Bengaluru and to see so many of you. Karnataka seems to have made up its mind & supports politics of development: PM
