प्रसिद्ध क्रिकेटर और खुशी (किनशिप फॉर ह्यूमेनिटेरियन सोशल ऐंड हॉलिस्टिक इन्टरवेंशन इन इंडिया) के अध्यक्ष श्री कपिल देव ने प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी से मुलाकात की। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री को खुशी की ओर से प्रधानमंत्री राहत कोष के लिए 51 लाख रुपये का चेक सौंपा।
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has expressed condolences for the victims of the building collapse in Mumbai. He has also announced ex-gratia from PMNRF for the victims.

"Pained by the building collapse in Mumbai. In this sad hour, my thoughts are with the bereaved families and prayers with the injured. An ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh each from PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of the deceased. The injured would be given Rs. 50,000: PM Modi"
