Hon'ble CM releases three special booklets for differently-abled sportsmen wishing to participate in Khel Mahakumbh 2011

Chief Minister Narendra Modi today released three special booklets which will be instrumental in realizing the differently-abled sportsmen’s wish to participate in Khel Mahakumbh-2011. The book has been prepared by the Youth and Cultural Activity Department in assistance of Sports Authority of Gujarat.

Two of the books released by the Chief Minister give information about the rules of various games in Braille language.

Speaking on the occasion Sports Minister Fakirbhai Vaghela said that Khel Mahakubh has received the farsighted guidance of the Chief Minister. A special Olympics for the differently-abled people will be organized during Khel Mahakumbh as per the international standards.

Chief Minister congratulated those behind preparing the books and said that publishing books for the differently-abled sportsmen is an unprecedented achievement.

Secretary to youth and cultural activity department Bhagyesh Jha and differently-abled sportsmen were also present on the occasion.

प्रधानमंत्री ने सभी की सुख, समृद्धि और शाश्वत खुशहाली की कामना करते हुए एक संस्कृत सुभाषितम् साझा किया

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्‍द्र मोदी ने आज संस्कृत में सुभाषितम् पाठ किया, जिसमें कहा गया है कि प्रकृति की असीम कृपा, सूर्य देव की शक्ति और वर्षा के पवित्र आशीर्वाद से हमारे जीवन में सुख और सौभाग्य का संचार होता है। श्री मोदी ने हार्दिक कामना व्यक्त की कि पृथ्वी सदा जीवंत, हरी-भरी और समृद्ध बनी रहे।

प्रधानमंत्री ने एक्‍स पर पोस्ट किया:

"प्रकृति की असीम कृपा, सूर्यदेव की ऊर्जा और वर्षा का पावन आशीर्वाद हम सभी के जीवन को सुख-सौभाग्य से समृद्ध करता है। मेरी कामना है कि धरती पर सदैव हरियाली और खुशहाली बनी रहे।

शं नो देवः सविता त्रायमाणः शं नो भवन्तूषसो विभातीः।

शं नः पर्जन्यो भवतु प्रजाभ्यः शं नः क्षेत्रस्य पतिरस्तु शम्भुः॥"

विश्व के तेजस्वी रक्षक सविता देव हम पर कृपा करें। उज्ज्वल सूर्योदय हमारे जीवन में सुख और समृद्धि लाए। वर्षा के देवता पर्जन्य हमारे जन कल्याण की रक्षा करें और खेतों, फसलों और भूमि के कृपालु स्वामी हमें सुख और समृद्धि प्रदान करें।
