2,50,000 sq. ft, ‘Glimpses of Development’ is a Mega Exhibition to showcase the saga of development using state of the art technology

March Past and Mashaal Sarghas (Torch Rally )

March past by Para Military & Police Forces and a huge torch Rally
To give honour to the moment, Para Military and Police Forces will march past the central vista from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar’s statue to Mahatma Mandir, in Gandhinagar, and return along with colourful tableaux depicting various facets of Gujarat’s growth story. Accompanied by the bands from different districts and schools, it will be a show to watch and take pride in. From the same venue, Chief Minister Narendra Modi will flag off a huge torch rally “Mashaal Sarghas” too.

‘Tributes to the martyrs of ‘Mahagujarat Andolan’’
It was the Mahagujarat Movement that finally led to Gujarat becoming a separate State. The Martyrs of this movement are the real heros who made it happen. On the 51st Gujarat Gaurav Divas, the state’s foundation day, Hon’be CM will pay floral tributes to the Martyrs at Shaheed Smarak

cultural extravaganza to mark concluding ceremony of Golden Jubilee Celebrations
Vande Gujarat, a grand cultural event to mark the beginning of the Golden Jubilee year, enthralled thousands of spectators at the jampacked stadium and millions watching on TV and on the web. Aage Kadam Gujarat, yet another spectacular event, will depict the glory of Gujarat with glittering sound and light show. The beauty of the show is it is performed by common people, over 5,000 amateur artists, rehearsing hard since more than a month. It is a blend of people’s celebration and professional guidance.

Prime Minister speaks with Amir of Qatar

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi spoke with H.H. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of Qatar.

During the conversation, the Prime Minister conveyed that India stands firmly in solidarity with Qatar and strongly condemns any violation of its sovereignty and territorial integrity.

The two leaders emphasized the urgent need to restore peace and stability in the region through dialogue and diplomacy.

The Prime Minister also conveyed his appreciation for the continued support and care extended by the Qatari leadership to the Indian community in Qatar during this challenging time.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“Spoke with my brother, H.H. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of Qatar. We stand firmly in solidarity with Qatar and strongly condemn any violation of its sovereignty and territorial integrity. We emphasized the urgent need to restore peace and stability in the region through dialogue and diplomacy.
