Massive support for Shri Narendra Modi on Day 1 on Swami Vivekananda Yuva Vikas Yatra 

Shri Modi promises to continue fighting against the injustice of the UPA towards Gujarat

 

On September 11th 2012, Shri Narendra Modi commenced his month long Swami Vivekananda Yuva Vikas Yatra from the holy town of Bahucharaji in Mehsana district. The month long Yatra will cover the entire state. September 11th is significant because that was the day Swami Vivekananda delivered his soul stirring address at the World’s Parliament of Religions in Chicago.

In his inaugural speech, Shri Modi came spoke out against the corrupt and negative politics of the Congress-led UPA Government and affirmed that he would continue to fight against the Centre’s injustice to Gujarat.

Central BJP leaders Shri Arun Jaitley and Shri Rajnath Singh attended the flagging off and both praised the development in Gujarat.

Responding to a post by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on X, the Prime Minister said:
