"Painting of Shri Narendra Modi made of 10 crore dots using medium of stippling art presented to Shri Modi"

A portrait of Shri Narendra Modi, made of 10 crore dots using the medium of stippling art was presented to the Chief Minister on Monday 11th March 2013. The portrait has been prepared by Shri Satish Patil over a period of 15 months. Shri Satish Patil is a drawing teacher at Nadiad’s Knowledge High School.

Shri Modi wished Shri Satish Patil the very best for his artistic pursuits.

Shri Pankajbhai Desai and senior BJP leader Shri Narhari Amin were present on the occasion.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam-

“सुवर्ण-रौप्य-माणिक्य-वसनैरपि पूरिताः।

तथापि प्रार्थयन्त्येव कृषकान् भक्ततृष्णया।।”

The Subhashitam conveys that even when possessing gold, silver, rubies, and fine clothes, people still have to depend on farmers for food.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“सुवर्ण-रौप्य-माणिक्य-वसनैरपि पूरिताः।

तथापि प्रार्थयन्त्येव कृषकान् भक्ततृष्णया।।"
