What makes Narendra Modi special is his concern for every person. Mayank Nayak Ji shared an account from the Vivekananda Yuva Vikas Yatra, which was led by Narendra Modi in 2012, when he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat. During the Yatra in Ahmedabad’s Dholka village, PM Modi’s small gesture won everyone’s hearts.

Popatbhai, a photographer, was taking pictures of the Yatra. The crowd there was interrupting him to step down so they could see the event. Narendra Modi took notice of it and said, “Get Popatbhai on the stage. Popatbhai and I, here in Dholka, outside a tea stall, would sit together on a bench and do our work.” Mayank Nayak Ji recalled this instance in a video and saying that despite him being the Chief Minister back then, his concern for the Karyakartas was exceptional.

Rajya Sabha MP and former Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Narhari Amin Ji spoke about Narendra Modi’s unique parting gift to his staff in Gujarat before he became the Prime Minister of India. He revealed how Narendra Modi donated the salary he had received as the CM of Gujarat and some other financial receipts.

Shri Narhari Amin Ji said that the entire surplus income which Narendra Modi had received, which was about Rs. 35 to 40 lakhs, he donated it among security officers, peons, cook and janitor who had worked with him for 12 years in Gujarat.

“For 70 years of independence, no political person, be it CM, MP, Union Minister or a corporation leader, while switching positions, nobody has given the surplus income to the staff,” Shri Narhari Amin Ji added further.
