On occasion of Vijay Diwas, the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has paid heartfelt tributes to the brave heroes who dutifully served India in 1971 war.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the first Emergency Landing Facility (ELF) of the northeast in Dibrugarh, Assam. Shri Modi stated that it is a matter of immense pride that the Northeast gets an Emergency Landing Facility, and is of great importance from a strategic point of view and during times of natural disasters.

The Prime Minister posted on X:
