The Prime Minister listed the steps taken by the Central Government for the welfare of the farmers like the PM Krishi Sinchai Yojana and talked about giving soil health cards to the farmers. He took on the Congress Party for failing to deliver on the issue of ‘One Rank, One Pension’ and added that it is the BJP government that moved swiftly on it.

In a strong attack on the Haryana Government, the Prime Minister pointed that scams, loot, corruption and land scams are very common in Haryana. He stressed on the number of rapes in Haryana and asked how can a Party that is headed by a woman allow such a situation to continue. “Haryana needs a Government where women are safe and treated with dignity,” he stated.

Talking about the political culture in Haryana in the past few years the PM said, “For the last several years the leaders of Haryana worked only for their own families. Is this what it should be in a democracy?” and added that BJP wants to free Haryana from such dynastic politics.

Shri Modi asked the Election Commission of the fact that the Haryana Government cleared the land deal of the son-in-law of the Congress President despite the Model Code of Conduct being in place. Commenting on the INLD, the Prime Minister urged the people not to believe those who are sharing old photos of the PM with their leaders and saying that we will support Modi after polls. He pointed, “Some people are spreading lies. They are dreaming to take oath from jail. They show my old photographs with them. My Government runs on the support of the people of India. I do not need support from jails or from the mafia.”

At the rally in Hissar, the PM pointed that it is the NDA government that gave two railway lines and a national highway to Hissar. Shri Modi lauded the contribution of the youngsters from Haryana who won medals at the Asian games and said that the entire nation is proud of them.

At a rally in Faridabad in the evening, the PM urged the people of Haryana to only vote for Haryana's future and development. He pointed that in the coming days the various parties will use all kind of tactics be it caste, tears, sympathy and family name but the people should not pay heed to these tactics. Shri Modi shared his views on the need to bring jobs back and to ensure the state gets proper facilities. He expressed confidence that the Congress Party will not cross double digits in Haryana. "People are not ready to listen to the Congress and their sins are the reason behind this," he affirmed.
