گجرات سے تعلق رکھنے والے ایک طالب علم نے سوال کیا کہ اگرچہ والدین ان کی فکر کرتے ہیں اور اساتذہ ان کی مدد کرتے ہیں لیکن مسئلہ اس وقت پیدا ہوتا ہے ، جب اساتذہ مطالعے کا ایک طریقہ تجویز کرتے ہیں، والدین کسی اور طریقے پر زور دیتے ہیں اور طلباء کسی مختلف رجحان کی پیروی کرتے ہیں، جس کے نتیجے میں وہ اس الجھن میں مبتلا ہو جاتے ہیں کہ درست طریقہ کون سا ہے۔ وزیرِ اعظم نے کہا کہ یہ صورتِ حال پوری زندگی جاری رہتی ہے اور یہاں تک کہ وزیرِ اعظم کی حیثیت سے بھی لوگ انہیں مختلف مشورے دیتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے نشاندہی کی کہ جس طرح گھر میں بہن بھائیوں کے کھانے کے انداز مختلف ہوتے ہیں ، کوئی سبزی سے آغاز کرتا ہے، کوئی دال سے اور کوئی سب کچھ ملا کر کھاتا ہے ، اسی طرح ہر شخص کا اپنا طریقہ ہوتا ہے۔ انہوں نے زور دیا کہ اصل خوشی اپنے ہی انداز پر عمل کرنے میں ہے۔ جناب مودی نے وضاحت کی کہ کچھ لوگ رات کے وقت پڑھنا پسند کرتے ہیں، جب کہ کچھ صبح سویرے اور ہر ایک کی اپنی رفتار اور طریقہ ہوتا ہے۔ انہوں نے وعدہ خلافی سے خبردار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ بعض طلباء اپنی ماؤں سے کہتے ہیں کہ وہ صبح پڑھیں گے لیکن پھر اس سے گریز کرتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ طلباء کو اپنے مطالعے کے طریقے پر اعتماد رکھنا چاہیے، مشوروں کو غور سے سننا چاہیے اور صرف ذاتی تجربے کی بنیاد پر ہی بہتری کے لیے طریقۂ کار کو بدلنا چاہیے، نہ کہ محض اس لیے کہ کسی نے ایسا کہا ہے۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ جب انہوں نے پریکشا پہ چرچا کا آغاز کیا تو اس کا ایک ہی انداز تھا لیکن وقت کے ساتھ ساتھ ، انہوں نے اس میں بہتری کی، مختلف ریاستوں میں نشستیں منعقد کیں، فارمیٹ میں تبدیلی کی مگر بنیادی مقصد کو برقرار رکھا۔ طلباء نے محسوس کیا کہ وزیرِ اعظم کا رویہ نہایت دوستانہ تھا اور وہ آسانی سے ان کے ساتھ گھل مل گئے۔ انہوں نے وضاحت کی کہ ہر ایک کو مختلف طریقوں کو سننا چاہیے، ہر ایک سے اچھی باتیں اخذ کرنی چاہئیں، اپنے طریقے پر توجہ مرکوز رکھنی چاہیے اور اسے بتدریج مضبوط بنانا چاہیے۔مرکزی بجٹ پر وزیر اعظم کے تبصرے کا متن
