وزیرِ اعظم جناب نریندر مودی نے آج نئی دہلی میں ای ٹی نَو گلوبل بزنس سمٹ 2026 سے خطاب کیا۔ اس موقع پر وزیرِ اعظم نے گلوبل بزنس سمٹ میں موجود تمام شرکاء کو مبارکباد دی اور سمٹ کے موضوع ’’ایک دہائی کی ہلچل، ایک صدی کی تبدیلی‘‘ پر گفتگو کی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اکیسویں صدی کی گزشتہ دہائی میں بے مثال خلل دیکھنے میں آیا، جس میں عالمی وبا، مختلف خطّوں میں کشیدگی اور جنگیں اور سپلائی چین میں ایسے تعطل شامل ہیں جنہوں نے عالمی توازن کو ہلا کر رکھ دیا۔ انہوں نے زور دے کر کہا کہ بحران کے وقت کسی قوم کی حقیقی طاقت سامنے آتی ہے اور انہوں نے فخر کا اظہار کیا کہ ان تمام خلل کے باوجود بھارت کی یہ دہائی قابلِ ذکر ترقی، غیر معمولی نتائج کی فراہمی اور جمہوریت کو مضبوط بنانے کی کوششوں سے عبارت رہی ہے۔ جناب مودی نے یاد دلایا کہ جب گزشتہ دہائی شروع ہوئی تھی تو بھارت دنیا کی گیارہویں بڑی معیشت تھا اور اس ہنگامہ خیز ماحول میں یہ خدشات تھے کہ بھارت مزید نیچے جا سکتا ہے، لیکن آج بھارت تیزی سے دنیا کی تیسری بڑی معیشت بننے کی طرف بڑھ رہا ہے۔ انہوں نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ ’’صدی کی تبدیلی‘‘ کی بنیاد بڑی حد تک بھارت پر قائم ہوگی۔ جناب مودی نے بتایا کہ اس وقت بھارت عالمی ترقی میں 16 فیصد سے زیادہ حصہ ڈال رہا ہے اور یقین ظاہر کیا کہ یہ حصہ ہر آنے والے سال میں مسلسل بڑھتا رہے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ بھارت عالمی ترقی کو رفتار دے گا اور دنیا کی معیشت کا نیا انجن بن کر ابھرے گا۔
