PM Modi arrives in Amman, Jordan to a warm welcome

PM Modi arrived in Amman, Jordan, a short while ago. He is warmly received by PM Jafar Hassan and is accorded a ceremonial welcome at the airport. On the invitation of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, PM Modi is visiting Jordan. PM Modi will visit Jordan, Ethiopia and Oman from December 15–18, 2025. In Jordan, the PM will meet His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein to review India–Jordan relations. In Ethiopia, the PM will hold discussions with Ethiopian PM Abiy Ahmed Ali and address a Joint Session of Parliament on India’s journey as the ‘Mother of Democracy’. In Oman, the PM will meet His Majesty the Sultan of Oman to discuss ways to further strengthen the Strategic Partnership.
