وزیر اعظم جناب نریندر مودی کی صدارت میں مرکزی کابینہ نے لکھنؤ میٹرو ریل پروجیکٹ ، اتر پردیش کے فیز 1 بی کو منظوری دے دی ہے جو 11.165 کلومیٹر طویل کوریڈور پر مشتمل ہے اور جس میں 12 اسٹیشن ہیں جن میں 7 زیر زمین اور 5 ایلیویٹڈ ہیں ۔ فیز-1 بی کے چالو ہوجانے پر لکھنؤ شہر میں 34 کلومیٹر کا فعال میٹرو ریل نیٹ ورک ہوجائےگا ۔UP government must give an account of work they have done in last five years: Shri Modi

At a public meeting in Lakhimpur, Uttar Pradesh PM Modi said that the state government must let people know about the progress made in last five years. He alleged that due to elections, UP government inaugurated incomplete construction work of Lucknow metro.
