وزیر اعظم جناب نریندر مودی نے آج اترپردیش کے کانپور میں تقریباً 47,600 کروڑ روپے کے مختلف پروجیکٹوں کا سنگ بنیاد رکھا اور افتتاح کیا۔ حاضرین سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے بتایا کہ کانپور کا دورہ ، جو ابتدائی طور پر 24 اپریل 2025 کو طے تھا ، پہلگام میں دہشت گردانہ حملوں کی وجہ سے منسوخ کرنا پڑا۔ انہوں نے کانپور کے سپوت جناب شوبھم دویدی کو خراج عقیدت پیش کیا ، جو اس وحشیانہ حملے کا شکار ہوئے۔ وزیر اعظم نے کہا کہ وہ ملک بھر میں بہنوں اور بیٹیوں کے درد، تکلیف، ناراضگی اور اجتماعی غم و غصے کو گہرائی سے محسوس کرتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ اجتماعی غصہ، آپریشن سندور کے سامنے آنے کے ساتھ ہی دنیا بھر میں دیکھا گیا۔ انہوں نے آپریشن سندور کی کامیابی پر زور دیا ، جہاں پاکستان میں دہشت گردوں کے ٹھکانوں کو تباہ کیا گیا اور پاکستانی فوج جنگ کے خاتمے کے لیے التجا کرنے پر مجبور ہوئی۔ وزیر اعظم نے مسلح افواج کی بہادری کو سلام پیش کرتے ہوئے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ وہ جدوجہد آزادی کی سرزمین سے ان کی ہمت کو خراج عقیدت پیش کرتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے مضبوطی سے اس بات کا اعادہ کیا کہ دشمن ، جس نے آپریشن سندور کے دوران رحم کی بھیک مانگی تھی، اسے کسی وہم میں نہیں رہنا چاہیے، کیونکہ آپریشن سندور ابھی ختم نہیں ہوا ہے۔ وزیر اعظم نے دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ میں ہندوستان کے تین واضح اصولوں کا خاکہ پیش کیا۔ سب سے پہلے، ہندوستان ہر دہشت گردانہ حملے کا فیصلہ کن جواب دے گا۔ اس ردعمل کے وقت، طریقہ کار اور شرائط کا تعین صرف ہندوستانی مسلح افواج کریں گی۔ دوسرا ، ہندوستان اب جوہری خطرات سے خوف زدہ نہیں ہوگا اور نہ ہی اس طرح کے انتباہات کی بنیاد پر فیصلے کرے گا۔ تیسرا ، ہندوستان دہشت گردی کے ماسٹر مائنڈز اور انہیں پناہ دینے والی حکومتوں دونوں کو ایک ہی نظر سے دیکھے گا۔ پاکستان کے ریاستی اور غیر ریاستی اداروں کے درمیان فرق اب قبول نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ وزیر اعظم نے واضح طور پر زور دے کر کہا کہ دشمن جہاں کہیں بھی ہو، اسے ختم کر دیا جائے گا ۔
