ప్రారంభోత్సవం అయిపోయిందా? ప్రారంభోత్సవం అయిపోయిందా ? లేదు.. సగం పనే పూర్తయింది. నేను కేవలం ఆ కర్టెన్ను (తెరను) మాత్రమే తొలగించాను. కానీ నేడు ఇక్కడ ఉన్న మీ అందరి చేతుల మీదుగా ఈ విమానాశ్రయ ప్రారంభోత్సవం జరగాలని నేను కోరుకుంటున్నాను. అందుకే మీ మొబైల్ ఫోన్లను బయటకు తీయండి. మీ ఫోన్ ఫ్లాష్లైట్లను ఆన్ చేయండి.. మీరే దీనిని ప్రారంభిస్తున్నారు. ఇక్కడ ఉన్న ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ దీపాన్ని వెలిగించినట్లుగా ఈ విమానాశ్రయాన్ని నేడు ప్రారంభిస్తున్నారు. ఇది మీ ఆస్తి, ఇది మీ భవిష్యత్తు, ఇది మీ కష్టం.. అందుకే దీని ప్రారంభోత్సవం కూడా మీ చేతుల మీదుగానే జరుగుతోంది. ‘భారత్ మాతా కీ జై’ అని నినదిస్తూ మీ చేతులెత్తి, ఫ్లాష్లైట్లను పూర్తిగా చూపించండి. భారత్ మాతా కీ జై! భారత్ మాతా కీ జై! భారత్ మాతా కీ జై! మీ అందరికీ ధన్యవాదాలు. ఇప్పుడు ప్రారంభోత్సవం పూర్తయింది.సుమారు రూ. 11,200 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో అభివృద్ధి చేసిన నోయిడా అంతర్జాతీయ విమానాశ్రయ తొలి దశను ప్రారంభించిన ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ
