ఈ నవరాత్రి పర్వదిన సమయాన ఇవాళ బీహార్ రాష్ట్ర నారీశక్తి ఆనందంలో పాలుపంచుకునే అదృష్టం నాకు దక్కింది. ఇక్కడ టీవీ తెరపై లక్షలాదిగా తల్లులు..చెల్లెమ్మలు నాకు కనిపిస్తున్నారు. ఈ పండుగ వేళ మీ ఆశీస్సులే మాకు ఎనలేని ఉత్సాహాన్నిస్తాయి. ఇందుకుగాను మీకందరికీ నా హృదయపూర్వక కృతజ్ఞతలు చెబుతున్నాను. రాష్ట్రంలో “ముఖ్యమంత్రి మహిళా ఉపాధి పథకం” నేటి నుంచి అమలులోకి వచ్చింది. నాకు లభించిన సమాచారం ప్రకారం... ఇప్పటికే 75 లక్షల మంది అక్కచెల్లెళ్లు ఈ పథకంలో చేరగా, ఇప్పుడు వారందరి బ్యాంకు ఖాతాలకు ఏకకాలంలో తలా రూ.10,000 వంతున నగదు జమ చేశారు.
