బడ్జెట్ అనంతర వెబినార్లలో భాగంగా ‘‘సబ్‌కా సాథ్ సబ్‌కా వికాస్ - ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షలను నెరవేర్చడం’’ అనే అంశంపై ఈ రోజు నిర్వహించిన నాలుగో వెబినార్లో ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ ప్రసంగించారు. ఈ లక్ష్యాలను చేరుకోవడంలో విద్య, నైపుణ్యం, ఆరోగ్యం, పర్యాటకం, క్రీడలు, సంస్కృతి లాంటి రంగాలు ప్రధాన వాహనాలుగా పనిచేస్తాయని శ్రీ మోదీ వివరించారు. బడ్జెట్ ప్రకటనలను సమర్థంగా అమలు చేయడంపై చర్చిస్తున్న నిపుణులు, విధాన రూపకర్తలకు స్వాగతం పలికారు. ‘‘ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షలను నెరవేర్చడం ఒక అంశానికి మాత్రమే పరిమితం కాదు. అది ఈ బడ్జెట్‌లో ప్రధాన లక్ష్యం, ప్రభుత్వ సంకల్పం’’ అని శ్రీ మోదీ స్పష్టం చేశారు.

నేటి బడ్జెట్ చారిత్రాత్మకమైనది. ఇది దేశంలోని 'నారీ శక్తి' (మహిళా శక్తి) శక్తిమంతమైన ప్రతిరూపంగా ఉంది. ఒక మహిళా ఆర్థిక మంత్రిగా నిర్మలా గారు వరుసగా తొమ్మిదో సారి దేశ బడ్జెట్‌ను ప్రవేశపెట్టి కొత్త రికార్డు సృష్టించారు. అపారమైన అవకాశాలకు ఒక రాజమార్గం ఈ బడ్జెట్. ఈ బడ్జెట్ వర్తమాన కాలపు కలలను సాకారం చేయడమే కాకుండా భారత్‌ ఉజ్వల భవిష్యత్తుకు పునాదిని బలపరుస్తుంది. 2047 నాటికి 'వికసిత్ భారత్' (అభివృద్ధి చెందిన భారతదేశం) వైపు మనం వేసే భారీ ప్రయాణానికి ఈ బడ్జెట్ ఒక బలమైన పునాది వంటిది.
