ప్రియమైన దేశవాసులారా! నమస్కారం. ‘మన్ కీ బాత్’ కార్యక్రమంలో మరోసారి మీతో మాట్లాడడం నాకు చాలా ఆనందంగా ఉంది. 2026 సంవత్సరంలో సగం గడిచిపోతోంది. ఈ ఆరు నెలల్లో ‘మన్ కీ బాత్’ లో మన దేశ ప్రజలు సాధించిన ఎన్నో విజయాల గురించి మనం చర్చించుకున్నాం. జూన్ నెలలో కూడా దేశం కొన్ని మైలురాళ్లను సాధించింది. అవి ప్రతి పౌరుడికి గర్వకారణాలు. ఈ విజయాలు దేశ భద్రత, స్వావలంబనకు సంబంధించినవి. కోల్‌కతాలో జరిగిన ఒక నావికాదళ కార్యక్రమానికి హాజరయ్యే అవకాశం ఇటీవల నాకు లభించింది. అక్కడ ఐఎన్ఎస్ దూనాగిరి, ఐఎన్ఎస్ సంశోధక్, ఐఎన్ఎస్ అగ్రయ్ నౌకలను భారత నావికాదళంలోకి చేర్చారు. ఈ నౌకల రూపకల్పన నుండి తయారీ వరకు ప్రతి పనీ స్వదేశీయులే చేశారు.

నేటి బడ్జెట్ చారిత్రాత్మకమైనది. ఇది దేశంలోని 'నారీ శక్తి' (మహిళా శక్తి) శక్తిమంతమైన ప్రతిరూపంగా ఉంది. ఒక మహిళా ఆర్థిక మంత్రిగా నిర్మలా గారు వరుసగా తొమ్మిదో సారి దేశ బడ్జెట్‌ను ప్రవేశపెట్టి కొత్త రికార్డు సృష్టించారు. అపారమైన అవకాశాలకు ఒక రాజమార్గం ఈ బడ్జెట్. ఈ బడ్జెట్ వర్తమాన కాలపు కలలను సాకారం చేయడమే కాకుండా భారత్‌ ఉజ్వల భవిష్యత్తుకు పునాదిని బలపరుస్తుంది. 2047 నాటికి 'వికసిత్ భారత్' (అభివృద్ధి చెందిన భారతదేశం) వైపు మనం వేసే భారీ ప్రయాణానికి ఈ బడ్జెట్ ఒక బలమైన పునాది వంటిది.

భారత్‌లో ప్రస్తుతం సంస్కరణల ఎక్స్‌ప్రెస్ పరుగులు తీస్తోందనీ, ఈ బడ్జెటుతో ఈ ఎక్స్‌ప్రెస్ ఒక కొత్త శక్తినే కాకుండా ఓ కొత్త జోరును కూడా అందుకొంటుందని శ్రీ మోదీ వెల్లడించారు. ఇంతవరకు చేపట్టనటువంటి సంస్కరణల్ని చేపట్టినందువల్ల, భారత్‌లో వృద్ధి లోకి రావాలని తపించిపోతున్న, ధైర్యవంతులైన, ప్రతిభావంతులైన యువతకు వారు ఉవ్వెత్తున ఎగరడానికి విశాల గగనాన్ని బడ్జెటు వారి ఎదుట ఆవిష్కరించిందని ఆయన అన్నారు. నమ్మకమైన పాలన, దేశ పౌరుల ప్రయోజనాలకు ప్రాముఖ్యాన్నిచ్చే ఆర్థిక ప్రణాళిక.. ఈ రెండు దృష్టికోణాలనూ బడ్జెటు సాకారం చేసిందని కూడా ఆయన చెప్పారు. ద్రవ్య లోటును తగ్గించడం, ధరల పెరుగుదలకు కళ్లెం వేయడం, అదే సమయంలో అధిక మూలధన వ్యయానికీ, అధిక అభివృద్ధికీ పూచీని ఇవ్వడం.. వీటిపై దృష్టిని కేంద్రీకరించిన అద్వితీయ బడ్జెటు ఇదని ప్రధానమంత్రి ఉద్ఘాటించారు.
