Prime Minister receives telephone call from Prime Minister of the United Kingdom

In a telephone conversation with UK PM Andy Burnham, PM Modi congratulated him on assuming office. The two leaders discussed ways to further strengthen the India-UK Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and agreed to deepen cooperation across priority areas. They also exchanged views on issues of mutual interest and welcomed the recent entry into force of the India-UK CETA.భారత్- బ్రిటన్ దార్శనికత 2035

జూలై 24న జరిగిన సమావేశంలో “భారత్- బ్రిటన్ దార్శనికత 2035”ను ఇరు దేశాల ప్రధానమంత్రులు ఆమోదించారు. రెండు దేశాలు తమ పూర్తి సామర్థ్యాన్ని వాడుకునేలా చేసే వాణిజ్య ఒప్పందం కుదిరిన అనంతరం దీనికి ఆమోదం తెలపటం అనేది నాయకుల ఉమ్మడి నిబద్ధతను తెలియజేస్తోంది. భవిష్యత్తును దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకొని చేసుకున్న ఈ ప్రతిష్టాత్మక ఒప్పందంతో పరస్పర వృద్ధి, శ్రేయస్సు కోసం ఉభయ దేశాలు కలిసి చేయనున్నాయి. వేగంగా మారుతోన్న ప్రస్తుత సమయంలో సుసంపన్న, సురక్షిత, సుస్థిర ప్రపంచాన్ని రూపొందించేందుకు రెండు దేశాల సంకల్పాన్ని ఈ ఒప్పందం తెలియజేస్తోంది.
