Cabinet approves two more semiconductor manufacturing units with cumulative investment of more than Rs. 3,900 crore

The Union Cabinet, chaired by PM Modi, has approved two more semiconductor projects under the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM), including the country’s first commercial Mini/Micro-LED display facility based on GaN technology and a semiconductor packaging unit. ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ అధ్యక్షతన జరిగిన క్యాబినెట్ సమావేశం ఇండియా సెమీకండక్టర్ మిషన్ (ఐఎస్ఎం) కింద మరో నాలుగు సెమీకండక్టర్ ప్రాజెక్టులకు ఆమోదం తెలిపింది.
