గౌరవనీయులైన రాష్ట్రపతి ప్రసంగానికి కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలియజేయడానికి నేను ఇక్కడ ఉన్నాను. నిన్న, ఈ రోజు అర్థరాత్రి వరకు గౌరవ ఎంపీలందరూ ఈ ధన్యవాద తీర్మానంపై తమ అభిప్రాయాలను పంచుకున్నారు. చాలా అనుభవజ్ఞులైన ఎంపీలు కూడా తమ అభిప్రాయాలను వ్యక్తం చేశారు. సహజంగానే ప్రజాస్వామ్య సంప్రదాయం ప్రకారం అవసరం ఉన్న చోట ప్రశంసలు ఉంటాయి. ఎక్కడ సమస్య వచ్చినా అక్కడ కొన్ని ప్రతికూల విషయాలు ఉంటాయి. ఇది చాలా సహజం! అధ్యక్షా.. దేశ ప్రజలు నాకు 14వసారి ఇక్కడ కూర్చొని రాష్ట్రపతి ప్రసంగానికి కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపే అవకాశం కల్పించారు. ఇది నా అదృష్టం. కాబట్టి ఈ రోజు నేను ప్రజలకు ఎంతో గౌరవంతో కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలియజేస్తున్నాను. చర్చలో పాల్గొని చర్చను గొప్పగా చేసిన వారందరికీ నా కృతజ్ఞతలు.

ఇథనాల్ సరఫరా సంవత్సరం (ఈఎస్‌వై) 2024-25కుగాను ప్రభుత్వ రంగ చమురు మార్కెటింగ్ కంపెనీలు (ఓఎంసీ)కు ఇథనాల్ కొనుగోలు ధరను సవరించడానికి ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ అధ్యక్షతన జరిగిన ఆర్థిక వ్యవహారాల మంత్రివర్గ సంఘం (సీసీఈఏ) ఆమోదం తెలిపింది. ఇథనాల్ సరఫరా నవంబరు 1, 2024న ప్రారంభమై, అక్టోబరు 31, 2025తో ముగియనుంది. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం అమలు చేస్తున్న ఇథనాల్ మిశ్రిత పెట్రోల్ (ఈబీపీ) విధానంలో భాగంగా ప్రభుత్వ రంగ చమురు మార్కెటింగ్ కంపెనీలు ఇథనాల్ ‌ను కొనుగోలు చేయాలి. దీనికి అనుగుణంగా, సీ హెవీ మొలాసెస్ (సీహెచ్ఎం) నుంచి తయారు చేసిన ఇథనాల్‌కు ఈబీపీ కార్యక్రమాన్ని దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకొని నియంత్రించిన మిల్లు ధర 2024-25 ఏడాదికి (2024 నవంబరు 1 నుంచి 2025 అక్టోబరు 31 మధ్య కాలానికి) లీటరు ఒక్కింటికి రూ.56.58 నుంచి రూ.57.97గా పెంచుతూ నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు.
