ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ 2026 ఫిబ్రవరి 14న అస్సాంలో పర్యటిస్తారు. ఉదయం సుమారు 10:30 గంటల వేళలో, ప్రధానమంత్రి డిబ్రూగఢ్లోని మొరాన్ బైపాస్ ప్రాంతంలోని ఎమర్జెన్సీ ల్యాండింగ్ ఫెసిలిటీ (ఈఎల్ఎఫ్)లో విమానం నుంచి నేల మీదికి దిగుతారు. అక్కడ పోరాట విమానాలు, రవాణా విమానాలతో పాటు హెలికాప్టర్ల గగనతల విన్యాసాల్ని ఆయన వీక్షిస్తారు. బ్రహ్మపుత్ర నదిపై నిర్మాణం పూర్తి అయిన కుమార్ భాస్కర్ వర్మ సేతును మధ్యాహ్నం దాదాపు ఒంటిగంట వేళలో ప్రధానమంత్రి సందర్శిస్తారు. ఆ తరువాత, గువాహాటీలోని లచిత్ ఘాట్ వద్ద వివిధ పథకాలను మధ్యాహ్నం ఒంటిగంటన్నర సమయంలో ప్రధానమంత్రి ప్రారంభిస్తారు. ఈ పథకాలకు రూ.5,450 కోట్లకు పైగా మొత్తాన్ని ఖర్చు చేశారు.
