ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్‌లోని కాన్పూర్‌లో దాదాపు రూ. 47,600 కోట్ల విలువైన వివిధ ప్రాజెక్టులకు ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ ఈరోజు శంకుస్థాపనలు, ప్రారంభోత్సవాలు చేశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా సభనుద్దేశించి ప్రసంగిస్తూ.. కాన్పూర్ పర్యటన ఏప్రిల్ 24న చేపట్టాలని ముందుగా నిర్ణయించగా, పహల్గామ్‌లో ఉగ్రవాద దాడుల కారణంగా దాన్ని రద్దు చేయాల్సి వచ్చిందని తెలిపారు. ఆ ఆటవిక చర్యకు బలయిన కాన్పూర్ బిడ్డ శ్రీ శుభం ద్వివేదికి ఆయన నివాళి అర్పించారు. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా అక్కాచెల్లెళ్లు, బిడ్డల బాధ, కోపం, వాళ్లందరి మానసిక క్షోభ తనను తీవ్రంగా కలచివేశాయని ప్రధానమంత్రి పేర్కొన్నారు. వీళ్లందరి ఆక్రోశం ఎంత తీవ్రమైనదో ఆపరేషన్ సిందూర్ చేపట్టిన వేళ ప్రపంచానికి తెలిసిందని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. పాకిస్తాన్‌లోని ఉగ్రవాద స్థావరాలను నాశనం చేసిన ఆపరేషన్ సిందూర్‌లో మనం స్పష్టమైన విజయం సాధించామని, సంఘర్షణకు ముగింపు పలకాలంటూ పాక్ సైన్యం బతిమాలుకోవాల్సి వచ్చిందని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. సాయుధ దళాల పరాక్రమాన్ని కొనియాడుతూ.. స్వాతంత్య్ర పోరాటానికి నెలవైన ఈ గడ్డపైనుంచి వారి ధైర్యసాహసాలకు సలాం చేస్తున్నానన్నారు. ఆపరేషన్ సిందూర్ సమయంలో దయ చూపాలంటూ శత్రువు వేడుకున్నదన్న ప్రధానమంత్రి.. ఆ ఆపరేషన్ సిందూర్ ఇంకా ముగియలేదని, వారు భ్రమల్లో ఉండొద్దని పునరుద్ఘాటించారు. ఉగ్రవాదంపై పోరులో భారత్ అనుసరిస్తున్న మూడు స్పష్టమైన సూత్రాలను ప్రధానమంత్రి వివరించారు. మొదటిది- ఎలాంటి ఉగ్రవాద దాడికయినా భారత్ నిశ్చయాత్మకంగా బదులిస్తుంది. ఈ ప్రతిస్పందన సమయం, పద్ధతి, పరిస్థితులను భారత సాయుధ దళాలే నిర్ణయిస్తాయి. రెండోది- భారత్ ఇకపై అణు బెదిరింపులకు భయపడదు, లేదా అలాంటి హెచ్చరికలు ప్రాతిపదికగా నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోదు. మూడోది- ఉగ్రవాద సూత్రధారులను, వారికి ఆశ్రయం కల్పించే ప్రభుత్వాలను భారత్ ఒకేలా చూస్తుంది. పాకిస్తాన్ ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రభుత్వేతర సంస్థల మధ్య వ్యత్యాసాన్ని ఇకపై అంగీకరించబోదు. శత్రువు ఎక్కడున్నా నిర్మూలిస్తామని ప్రధానమంత్రి స్పష్టం చేశారు.
