ఇండో-పసిఫిక్ ప్రాంతంపై భార‌త్‌, జ‌పాన్‌ దేశాలది ఉమ్మ‌డి దృక్కోణం. ఈ ప్రాంతం చట్టబద్ధ పాలన సహిత స్వేచ్ఛ, సౌహార్ద‌ం, శాంతి, సౌభాగ్యాలతో ఘ‌ర్ష‌ణ ర‌హితంగా పురోగ‌మించాల‌న్న‌ది రెండు దేశాల అభిమతం. రెండు దేశాల ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థలు పరస్పర సహాయకారిగా మెలగుతాయి. వనరులు, సాంకేతికత, ఉత్పత్తి వ్యయం రీత్యా పోటీతత్వంలో రెండింటికీ ప్రత్యేక బలాలున్నాయి. దీంతోపాటు సుదీర్ఘ సుహృద్భావ, చారిత్రక స్నేహబంధం ఉన్నందువల్ల ఇకపైనా జంటగా ముందుకు సాగాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్నాయి. రాబోయే దశాబ్దంలో మన దేశాల్లోనే కాకుండా ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా మార్పులు, అవకాశాలు అందిరానున్నాయి. వీటన్నిటి సద్వినియోగం దిశగా సంయుక్త సారథ్యానికి మేం సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నామని సందర్భంగా ప్రకటిస్తున్నాం. జాతీయ లక్ష్యాల సాధనతో్పాటు మన దేశాలను, భవిష్యత్తరం పౌరులను మునుపటికన్నా చేరువ చేయడానికి మా నాయకత్వం తోడ్పడుతుంది.
