ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ అధ్యక్షతన ఈ రోజు సమావేశమైన కేంద్ర క్యాబినెట్.. అస్సాంలోని నామ్ రూప్‌లో ఉన్న బ్రహ్మపుత్ర వ్యాలీ ఫెర్టిలైజర్ కార్పొరేషన్ లిమిటెడ్ (బీవీఎఫ్ సీఎల్) ప్రాంగణంలో 12.7 లక్షల మెట్రిక్ టన్నుల వార్షిక యూరియా ఉత్పత్తి సామర్థ్యంతో కొత్తగా బ్రౌన్‌ఫీల్డ్ అమ్మోనియా-యూరియా కాంప్లెక్సు ఏర్పాటు ప్రతిపాదనను ఆమోదించింది. మొత్తం ప్రాజెక్టు అంచనా వ్యయం రూ.10,601.40 కోట్లు. నూతన పెట్టుబడి విధానం-2012 (2014 అక్టోబర్ 7న సవరణలు చేశారు) ప్రకారం జాయింట్ వెంచర్ ద్వారా 70:30 రుణ ఈక్విటీ నిష్పత్తితో దీనిని ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నారు. నామ్ రూప్‌-IV ప్రాజెక్టును 48 నెలల్లో ప్రారంభించాలని ప్రస్తుతం లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకున్నారు.
