Prime Minister Narendra Modi to inaugurate Phase I of Noida International Airport in Uttar Pradesh

PM Modi will visit Uttar Pradesh on 28 March 2026 to inaugurate Phase I of Noida International Airport worth around ₹11,200 crore. The airport will initially have a passenger handling capacity of 12 MPPA, with scalability up to 70 MPPA upon full development. The Union Cabinet, led by PM Modi, approved the establishment of a sixth semiconductor unit under the India Semiconductor Mission. A joint venture between HCL and Foxconn, the plant near Jewar airport will manufacture display driver chips for mobile phones, laptops, and more.
