At the 16th India–Japan Annual Summit, PM Modi and Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi reaffirmed their commitment to advancing the India–Japan Special Strategic and Global Partnership through deeper cooperation in defence, economic security, clean energy, AI, technology, investment and people-to-people ties. The Joint Statement also sets the stage for celebrating the 75th anniversary of India–Japan diplomatic relations next year.
