At the invitation of Prime Minister of India, H.E. Shri Narendra Modi, the General Secretary of Central Committee of Communist Party of Viet Nam, President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, H.E. The state visit of President To Lam of Vietnam to India resulted in the signing of several MoUs/agreements. These cover areas such as rare earth elements, culture, digital payments, technology, medicine, education, audit and tourism.
