இன்று நான் ஒரு மிக முக்கியமான விசயத்தைப் பற்றி பேச வந்திருக்கிறேன், குறிப்பாக நாட்டின் தாய்மார்கள், சகோதரிகள் மற்றும் மகள்களிடம்! மகளிர் சக்தியின் எழுச்சி எவ்வாறு தடுத்து நிறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது என்பதை இன்று இந்தியாவின் ஒவ்வொரு குடிமகனும் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார். அவர்களின் கனவுகள் ஈவுஇரக்கமின்றி நசுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. எங்களது பெரும் முயற்சிகளையும் மீறி, எங்களால் வெற்றி பெற முடியவில்லை, மகளிருக்கான இட ஒதுக்கீட்டு சட்டத் திருத்தத்தை நிறைவேற்ற முடியவில்லை! இதற்காக அனைத்து தாய்மார்கள் மற்றும் சகோதரிகளிடம் நான் மன்னிப்பு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.
