Addressing the India-Seychelles Joint Press Meet, PM Modi dedicated the Guardian of the Blue Horizon honour to all nations fighting climate change. Reaffirming the MAHASAGAR Vision, he said India envisions an Indian Ocean where prosperity grows with maritime security and partnerships are rooted in mutual respect and trust.
