The state visit of Russian President Putin to India resulted in several key MoUs and agreements covering Migration & Mobility, Health & Food safety, Maritime Cooperation & Polar waters, Fertilizers, Customs & Commerce and Academic & Media collaborations. இரு நாடுகளுக்கும் இடையிலான சிறப்பு மற்றும் சலுகை பெற்ற உத்திசார் கூட்டாண்மையை மேலும் வலுப்படுத்துவதற்கான தங்கள் ஆதரவை தலைவர்கள் மீண்டும் உறுதிப்படுத்தினர். அக்டோபர் 2000-ல் அதிபர் திரு விளாடிமிர் புதினின் முதல் அரசு முறை வருகையின் போது இந்தியாவிற்கும் ரஷ்யாவிற்கும் இடையில் நிறுவப்பட்ட உத்திசார் கூட்டாண்மை குறித்த பிரகடனத்தின் 25-வது ஆண்டு நிறைவை இந்த வருடம் குறிக்கிறது.
