Addressing the centenary celebrations of Arya Vaidya Sala Charitable Hospital in Kerala, PM Modi said the institution has played a key role in preserving, protecting and advancing Ayurveda. Highlighting the growing holistic approach to healthcare, he noted the opening of 12,000 Ayush Wellness Centres. கேரளாவில் ஆர்ய வைத்தியசாலை அறக்கட்டளை மருத்துவமனையின் நூற்றாண்டு கொண்டாட்ட நிகழ்ச்சியில் பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி இன்று காணொலிக் காட்சி வாயிலாக உரையாற்றினார். நிகழ்ச்சியில் பேசிய பிரதமர், இந்த சிறப்புமிக்க நிகழ்வில் அனைவருடனும் இணைவது தமக்கு மகிழ்ச்சிக்குரிய விஷயம் என்று கூறினார். ஆயுர்வேதத்தை பாதுகாத்தல் மற்றும் மேம்படுத்தும் பணிகளில் ஆர்ய வைத்தியசாலை மகத்துவமான பங்களிப்பை செய்ததாக தெரிவித்தார். தமது 125 ஆண்டுகால பயணத்தில் ஆயுர்வேதத்தை சக்திமிக்க சிகிச்சை முறையாக இந்நிறுவனம் அமைத்துள்ளது என்று அவர் கூறினார். ஆர்ய வைத்தியசாலை நிறுவனர் வைத்யரத்னம் பிஎஸ் வாரியரின் பங்களிப்புகளை நினைவு கூர்ந்த அவர், ஆயுர்வேதத்தில் அவரது அணுகுமுறை, மக்களின் நலனை அவருடைய அர்ப்பணிப்பு ஆகியவை தொடர்ந்து ஊக்கமளிக்கும் என்று குறிப்பிட்டார்.
