PM Modi laid the foundation stone for various development works in Kokrajhar, Assam via video conferencing. He lauded the Bodo community for preserving the Bodo language and culture and reiterated the double-engine government’s commitment to safeguard Assam's heritage. அசாமின் கோக்ரஜாரில் ரூ.4,570 கோடி மதிப்புள்ள பல்வேறு வளர்ச்சிப் பணிகளுக்கு காணொலிக்காட்சி மூலம் பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி அடிக்கல் நாட்டினார். மோசமான வானிலைக் காரணமாக கோக்ரஜாருக்கு நேரடியாக பயணம் மேற்கொள்ள இயலவில்லை என்று குறிப்பிட்ட பிரதமர், நிகழ்வில் பங்கேற்ற மக்களிடையே இதற்காக வருத்தம் தெரிவித்தார். பெருந்திரளாக மக்கள் கூடியிருப்பது பற்றி குறிப்பிட்ட அவர், இதன் மூலம் மக்களுக்கு தாம் கடன்பட்டிருப்பதாகவும், அர்ப்பணிக்கப்பட்ட சேவை மற்றும் பிராந்திய வளர்ச்சியின் மூலம் இதனை திரும்பத் தர விரும்புவதாகவும் கூறினார்.பிரதமர் அசாம் மாநிலத்தில் மார்ச் 13-14 தேதிகளில் பயணம் மேற்கொள்கிறார்
