The state visit of Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker to India resulted in the signing of several MoUs and agreements. These include areas such as amp-audiovisual, defence, food safety and skill development. In his address at the India-Austria Joint Press Meet, PM Modi said that Chancellor Stocker’s visit marks the beginning of a new era in India-Austria relations. Highlighting the partnership in infrastructure, innovation and sustainability, he noted that the visit will inject fresh momentum into trade and investment.
